Retainer Plans - if you need help in multiple areas and/or you have a set amount of hours you do not want me to exceed, this plan is for you. I offer multiple retainer plans based on a reserved set of hours per month.

Service Packages – these packages include my most popular services. Whether you just need SEO, a new website, website performance tracking, or social media help; there is a customized package available. It’s one flat fee for the one service you need.

Service Terms

Communication

I maintain constant communication with clients with email, Skype, phone, instant messaging and text. In order to keep the client as informed as possible, I offer two ways of providing updates:

• Scheduled meetings on a consistent basis to discuss projects and tasks
• Summary emails are provided with detailed notes and explanation on status of projects and tasks.

Time

All time is tracked accurately using a timer software that is integrated with my accounting software. All invoices are provided with detailed notes. Time and task reports are available upon request.

Billing

A signed engagement and retainer is required prior to commencement of work. Invoices are emailed and due within 10 days. Clients are provided a unique username and password to a secure portal where clients can access all invoice history, payment history, payment options, documents and support tickets.
